Low Back Stretches

 Stretching the low back can help reduce low back pain and help prevent low back pain from occurring. 

Tightness of the hamstrings, piriformis, and illiopsoas (hip flexor) muscles contribute to many low back problems.  

*All stretches should be held for 20-30 seconds and done 2-3 times on each leg.  Repeat at least 2 times per day.*
